What locations are available?
We are based in San Clemente and cover South Orange County, CA. We are happy to travel to locations in Orange or San Diego County.
Permits are required for some locations. Reach out for details.
Do you offer partial event planning services?
If you are planning a large event, but just need a little support to finish pulling it together, we are happy to help. We offer complete end to end event planning and partial event planning services.
Can your team provide photo shoot backdrops?
We are happy to coordinate backdrops for events or just for a photo shoot.
Do you charge a service charge?
A 20% Service fee is standard within the event planning industry. We work very hard to make these events happen, so we truly appreciate your understanding of the service fee included!
What happens if I damage or spill something?
Please let us know right away if something has a stain or damage. If we know quickly we may be able to get a stain out with minimal costs. If a replacement or cleaning is needed there we will provide the cost within one week for the damage/cleaning fee.
Do you provide setups for photo shoots?
Absolutely, we are happy to provide a beautiful set up for engagement pictures, family pictures, Sorority Rush pictures, etc. Please contact us to discuss your set up.
Do you offer corporate events?
Events provide a wonderful team building and reward for employees. We are happy to work with you and plan a corporate event setup.
Can I pick my theme/colors for my event?
Every event is custom to your theme and colors. Please let us know if any themes or pictures featured on our Website or Social Media are preferred for your event. We love to see your Pinterest Design Boards.
How much notice do you need for an event?
Typically a minimum of two weeks for small events, and several weeks for larger events. The earlier we can start the planning process the better. When planning a Wedding, many venues book up to a year in advance.
